A proud daughter of Mr. Hari Narain Rajora and Mrs. Manju Rajora born and brought up in the beautiful Pinkcity of INDIA...Jaipur. Blessed with 2 elder and 1 younger sibling and had a very naughty, loveable and memorable childhood in a moderate, cultured family.
A pampered wife of Late Mr. Ajay Sharma who ended up as my best friend and biggest strength to face all the turmoils which are there after his journey to abode. I am sure that HE is and will always be there to support and guide me.
My Father, Mother and Husband are my role models and the support of the family members who are the strong pillars of my life who have shaped up my personal and professional face.
I am a creative person by nature and believe that with the proper study and planning the best ideas can be given a practical shape. I work to ensure that whatever efforts I am putting up are benefitting to the students in one way or the other.
I have always believed in learning with earning and it has helped me to explore various domains, to learn, unlearn and relearn the best needed at any particular time.
Professionally, I have worked as Commercial Art Instructor, Pre-Primary Teacher, Tutor, Public Relation Officer, before getting the opportunity to serve as Administrator in the Educational Institutions.
The biggest challenge faced by me was the doubt of my seniors who always considered me young for the Post of Administrator as I took over the post in the age of 25 and they were not ready to take me on the other side of the table. But with the time and regular efforts I convincingly proved myself and made my place among the seniors and won their trust with my successful projects which I planned and took over in the various domains in the working place.
Today I am a venerable luminary in administration and management, boasts an unparalleled career spanning over two decades. My commanding expertise has unfurled within the domain of my eminence, casting an indelible impression characterized by dynamism and unwavering commitment to my craft.
With an illustrious tenure as an administrator in esteemed educational institutions, my proficiency encompasses a diverse spectrum, orchestrating superlative outcomes across general administration, policy conceptions, strategic blueprints, pioneering research and development, adept team leadership, judicious cost optimization, and the orchestration of transformative training initiatives, among a plethora of other facets.
Currently, working as an administrator at the esteemed Darshan Education Foundation, with a network of 23 academic establishments sprawled across India and South America landscapes.
I have earned a B.COM degree in accounts, business statistics, economics, and financial management, alongside an MBA duet in HR & Management and social work. Complementing this is my 'A' level certification from the prestigious DOEACC Society of India and laurels in the form of professional diploma accolades in Commercial Arts and Textile Designing.

- Headed the first international trip of the Organization to the USA

- Part of the team of Illustrators work on almost 21+ Curriculums from K-12.
- Headed to make our organization one of the pioneers in INDIA to introduce the various international 6. programs for the students and staff.
