No, the nomination of the queen book is free of cost

Once the nomination is received successfully, the team of Queen Book starts to do the verification of submitted profiles in multiple stages.

The authenticated profiles which are qualified enough to hold the authentication of Queen Book will be shortlisted finally. The winners are notified through an email including the further level of procedures.

To confirm the acceptance of this global recognition, the delegates are requested to pay a delegate fee.

Queen Book is an International award that would assist the winning women in diverse ways like helping to move forward in their careers, getting wider opportunities, adding wealth to their profile and recognition in front of different country audiences.

We, Queen Book have been following different types of selection processes and procedures to find out with best profiles. It includes the consideration of education qualification, a field of work, years of work experience, learning skills and knowledge, work achievements, etc. With a detailed analysis of all mentioned factors, we come out with the best awardees list.

After the completion of the selection process, the awardees are asked to pay a delegate fee of $300 USD. For arranging a successful event festival, we have to focus on many factors, right? So, your delegate fee will be used for the expenses like hall rent, decoration, staff salary, electricity bill and more.

Firstly, the award winners are selected on the basis of knowledge and skill. we never requested you to pay for an award. The delegate fee has been applicable for the benefits, promotions and other award festival expenses.

As a first step, the nominees have to fill up and submit the online nomination form for Queen Book

Then the chat interaction will take place with one of our Admin Executives whom explain you the whole process in a detailed manner

In the third step, the profiles of nominees/ institutions/ Organizations will be collected for the evaluation process

To be next, the verification call will take place by the Head of Executive in Queen Book whom going to evaluate your qualities and traits.

Apart from that, a validation call is possible for sometimes if we need any further queries or clarifications with the nominees

Finally, your profile with a detailed report of the selection process will be forwarded to the selection committee of Queen Book.

If your profile seems wealthy and good enough means, you will be finalized as an awardee of Queen Book and provide you with the selection confirmation letter via email.

Once you receive the confirmation letter, the delegate fee of 300 USD has to be paid which we used to spend for even organization, benefits, promotions and relevant expenses.

Unfortunately, If your profile does not get selected means, no intimation will be issued from our side.
