Welcome to Queen Book Awards. By submitting registration and making payment to Queen Book Awards, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose of Payment
The fee collected by Queen Book Awards is strictly towards promotional, branding, media, publicity, online publishing, administrative, and recognition-related services associated with the award program. The payment may cover services including but not limited to:

- * Official confirmation documentation
- * Online publishing activities
- * Poster and banner releases
- * News and media publication
- * Social media promotions
- * Video promotions and publicity
- * Branding and nominee profiling
- * Administrative and coordination services
- * Event management support activities
The payment is not collected solely as a ticket fee for attending the live ceremony.
2. Complimentary Event Participation
Participation in the live award ceremony/event is complimentary and subject to organizational arrangements. The payment made by participants does not guarantee:
- * Fixed event dates
- * Specific venue arrangements
- * Travel or accommodation
- * Guaranteed stage presentation timing
- * Specific seating arrangements
Queen Book Awards reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, cancel, or modify event arrangements depending on operational, venue, sponsorship, governmental, weather, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Tentative Event Dates
All dates mentioned in:
- * Selection confirmation letters
- * Emails
- * Posters
- * Website announcements
- * Social media publications
- * Promotional materials
are tentative and subject to change.
Participants acknowledge that event scheduling adjustments may occur during large-scale event planning and management.
Changes in event schedules, venues, or event structure shall not be considered valid grounds for refund requests, disputes, or chargebacks.
4. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to Queen Book Awards are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund requests will be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Event postponement or rescheduling
- * Change of event date or venue
- Personal inability to attend
- Travel or visa issues
- Scheduling conflicts
- Withdrawal after confirmation
- Failure to attend the event
- Dissatisfaction regarding event timing
- Misunderstanding regarding complimentary participation
As promotional and branding activities begin immediately after payment confirmation, administrative, publicity, media, and promotional expenses become non-recoverable.
5. Promotional Activities Begin Immediately
Upon payment confirmation, Queen Book Awards may immediately initiate:

- * Online publicity
- * Poster releases
- * Social media campaigns
- * Video promotions
- * Branding and recognition activities
- * Award-related announcements
Once such promotional activities are executed, the services shall be considered substantially delivered.
6. Complimentary Recognition Materials
Certificates, trophies, medals, badges, mementos, and recognition materials are complimentary honors provided as part of the award recognition program.
The payment is not charged for purchasing physical award items alone.
Queen Book Awards reserves the right to modify:

- * Certificate formats
- * Medal styles
- * Presentation methods
- * Distribution processes
depending on availability, event structure, and organizational decisions.
7. Courier & Shipment Policy
Participants unable to attend the live event may request shipment of complimentary recognition materials after the event.
Courier/shipping and handling charges must be borne by the participant.
Queen Book Awards shall not be responsible for:
- * Courier delays
- * Transit damages
- * Customs issues
- * Incorrect shipping details provided by participants
- * Unclaimed or returned shipments
Shipment approval is subject to management discretion and availability.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Participants are encouraged to contact Queen Book Awards directly for clarification or support before initiating disputes or chargebacks. If promotional, branding, media, or publicity services have already been delivered, Queen Book Awards reserves the right to submit evidence of completed services, publications, communications, and promotional activities to the respective payment provider or financial institution.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, the participant confirms that:

- * They understand the payment is collected for promotional and publicity services
- * They acknowledge that event participation is complimentary
- * They accept that event dates and venues are tentative
- * They understand promotional activities may begin immediately after payment
- * They agree to the non-refundable and non-transferable policy

- * Alter recognition formats or materials

Management decisions shall remain final in all organizational matters.

Live event participation and recognition materials are complimentary in nature.
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
