Queen Book Secretariat, believes in helping the applicant organisations as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• The Registration fee is non-refundable. No correspondence will be accepted by the Secretariat once the application has been submitted alongwith the application fee.
• The application fee shall be refundable, in case, if the fee is paid multiple times.(Refund will be done within 7-10 working days)
