I am Harshala. Although I have various identities like Harshala Yogesh Tamboli, Harshala Madam, an entrepreneur, Mumma for my kids, I prefer identifying myself only as Harshala.

I was born on 17 November 1981. I have pursued many hobbies along with the studies since my childhood. Reading, dancing, travelling and many such hobbies acquainted me with newer fields and people. I have now gained more confidence with the hobbies like driving and modelling. The hobbies made me assured about the fact that I can give scope to my artistic talents simultaneously when I am looking after my family.

With this confidence, I entered the world of entrepreneurship. I have completed my MBA (Finance), so I had the required base, but the real support came from my husband Yogesh and his family.

We started a pipeline integrity service under the banner of Intime Services in 2007. I worked on every stage from establishing a business and then seeing it grow, and I could use my knowledge in this process.

I have always been fond of cooking, and it has been my desire to do something in that field. So, I started a restaurant named Hash Kitchen. Working in a field that you love boosts you confidence even more.

When I was busy with all this, I was also drawn towards my another hobby of travelling- exploring new places. So, after I got myself established in other fields, I started a travel company- Harshu Tours and Travels. I believe that when we stand firmly on a step, we must strive to climb up the further steps. I always think of doing something new every day than what I did yesterday, and this has helped me in progressing. The speed of your travel is not important; what is important is that you should take a step forward.

Through Harshu Tours, I could provide an opportunity to the people, especially the women who had never travelled for recreation as such for many years. I do not have words to express the joy of sharing with these people my experiences of travelling. Many women could travel to foreign countries through our tour service. The concerned people do recognise those who are doing some good work.

That is why we could get associated with Veena World. Today, Harshu Tours is a trusted name in Navi Mumbai for excellent and safe travel.

Hey! Hold on! I kept talking about myself only, and forgot to introduce my important partner and friend Yogesh. He is my husband and my closest friend, and also a firm support for our family. He provides all the support and strength to my ideas. Another important support comes from my mother-in-law, my 16-year-old daughter and my 12-year-old son. I have been able to do all these works with the support of my mother-in-law and my sensible kids.

I have always believed that the more we progress more should we help others. Fortunately, Yogesh also shares the same belief system. We feel pleased with the fact that we have been able to provide financial support to many by creating employment opportunities in all these businesses. But, we wanted to do something more than this.

We decided to bring our thoughts in reality. We decided to reach out to the people who do not generally get any kind of support. So, we formed a charitable trust after the name of Narayan Laxman Tamboli. This trust provides help to the needy people round the year.

We live at Panvel, near Mumbai. Although Panvel is not far from Mumbai, it is situated on the threshold of Konkan and Mumbai. There are many small villages and hamlets around Panvel. Even though these places are situated on the border of a metropolis, they have not received many basic facilities. We thought of uplifting their standard of living. I think that if they are to attain a respectable standard of living, the process should start from education. I know from my own experience that when one gets education one can find the ways to progress easily.
