I am proud to be woman because I do not allow my fears , my weaknesses and the opinions of others on me.  Many areas I was pull down by few men !  Don’t be fear of starting the life from zero ,  our intelligence and knowledge makes us strong, equal voice in the world .

I am here to present women empowerment few words!  Indian culture gives women the utmost respect. Many of our gods are female and they have been worshipped as a deity by many faith full people.

Decades of studies show women leaders help to increase productivity, enchants collaboration, inspire organisational dedication and improve fairness! 

Women are powerful agents of change and far-reaching  benefits of diversity and gender parity in leadership and decision making are increasingly recognised in  all spheres .

Still, women continue to be vastly under-represented in decision- making in all!

When women hold more executive leadership position, their companies are more profitable , companies in the top-quartile for gender diversity on executive teams are 21% more likely to outperform the national average!
